01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jili12 ("jili12," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jili12 online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through the website at jili12.net and the jili12 mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the jili12 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 02 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the jili12 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online gambling;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jili12 or any regulatory authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by jili12 for a violation of these Terms.

jili12 takes age verification seriously. During registration, you will be required to confirm that you are at least 21 years old. jili12 reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents — such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license — to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jili12 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

If jili12 determines at any point that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made by the underage player will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the jili12 Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on jili12. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. jili12 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jili12 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jili12 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jili12 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

jili12 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

jili12 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jili12 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are not permitted. jili12 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the method used for your most recent deposit, where applicable;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• jili12 targets withdrawal processing times of under five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, subject to payment provider availability;
• Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution;
• jili12 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for review.

jili12 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jili12 accepts no responsibility.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

jili12 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all jili12 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred between accounts;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated;

06 Game Rules and Fairness

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game on jili12 are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate of the game under normal operating conditions. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili12 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on jili12;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jili12 Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

jili12 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of suspected illegal activity involving the Platform.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the jili12 Platform — including but not limited to the jili12 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of jili12 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jili12;
• Use the jili12 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jili12's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jili12.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions;
• Interruption of service due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jili12's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

jili12's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili12 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jili12 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jili12 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

10 Privacy and Data

jili12 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jili12 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jili12 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and jili12's servers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jili12 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

jili12 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension and Termination

jili12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Identification of the account holder as an underage individual;
• Identification of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, jili12 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where account closure is initiated by the player for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of standard withdrawal processing.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jili12 through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
